ATHLETE STORIES #02 | Manuel Kohler

When Manuel joined PAC in 2023, he wasn’t one of the biggest offensive threats in Switzerland.

He was a backup wide receiver in the Swiss NLB.

His biggest challenge wasn’t motivation.

It was knowing what to do to become a better football player.

Over the last three seasons, we stopped chasing random workouts and started following a clear long-term plan.

A plan built around:

Strength.
Speed.
Resilience.
Football-specific performance.

More importantly, Manuel stopped spending time wondering if he was training the right way.

He trusted the process and focused on showing up every day.

Three years later...
