80-year-old Ravindranath Sarkar of Kolkata has been driving a taxi for the past 52 years. Even today, he spends a full 16 hours on the road every day. 

Not for himself, but... His 67-year-old wife is suffering from heart disease. Ravindranath himself has asthma. Yet, for medicines, household expenses, and to make ends meet, he drives a rented taxi every day. 

The couple has no children. They live together in a small tin shed near the railway tracks in Dum Dum. 

This is not just a story of livelihood, but of duty, love, loyalty, and determination. True love is not in words... it is in a lifetime of companionship and in the responsibilities fulfilled until the last breath.
