City of Killeen, Texas - Government  hit me with the reverse Uno card today. They told me I was on the Hometown Heroes list last year… and I was down here for Veterans Day and didn’t even see it.

Either way, when folks make a mistake, own it, apologize, and say thank you, that goes a long way.
