The lambs in our Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep herd have been named! Meet Indigo and Saffron! 🐑 

🌸 Indigo, born to mama Violet, is named for the deep blue-purple hue—a nod to the wildflowers native to Colorado's breathtaking landscapes. 

🌿 Saffron, born to mama Amber, carries on the warm color family theme; an orange-yellow hue within the broader amber palette, inspired by the natural tree product found right here in Colorado. 

From wildflowers to earth tones, these names were thoughtfully chosen to reflect the natural colors and elements of the high-alpine habitats where bighorn sheep roam. 🏔️
