For beef filling:
Oil 1/4 cup
Chopped onion 1 large
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Minced beef 500g
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mix herbs 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Puree of 2 large 
Chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 

Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Butter/ghee 3 tbsp
