Now they’ve been reimagined as ice cream.

From the stoic wisdom of Marcus Aurelius to the haunting gaze of Medusa, the timeless beauty of Venus, the genius of Michelangelo’s David, the philosophy of Socrates, the poetry of Dante, and the eternal flame of Hestia, every scoop tells a story once carved in marble.

We studied the legends, then gave them a flavor worthy of a museum gift shop we’d actually visit.

Torched marshmallow gelato, smoked Madagascar vanilla, dark chocolate, toasted graham cracker crumble, and a hint of bourbon caramel. Finished tableside with a brûléed crown worthy of the Greek goddess of hearth and home.
