ATTORNEYS HIRED IN FATAL LAKE CRASH: The family of 18-year-old Nazar Svintozelskiy has hired two law firms to investigate the July 4 boating crash on Herrington Lake that killed him and critically injured his father.

The family's attorney alleges a wake boat struck their idle pontoon after performing high-speed "doughnuts" and says they're seeking accountability. Svintozelskiy's father remains in a medically induced coma and has not yet been told his son died.
