The second NJ high school senior selected in the 2026 MLB Draft is Cranford shortstop Brayden Fry who helped lead the Cougars to the state semifinals and a 21-10 mark in 2026. 

Fry goes to the Orioles in the 16th round, #470 overall. The shortstop hit .475 with 10 homers and 27 RBI's with 29 stolen bases. He hit a walk-off single in the Union County championship his freshman year 👀
