On June 17, Penn State president Neeli Bendapudi sent a letter to Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman with concerns regarding the Protect College Sports Act.

Bendapudi also joined the presidents of Ohio State, USC and Michigan in a visit to Sens. Maria Cantwell and Ted Cruz on Tuesday.

Bendapudi and Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics Pat Kraft were hopeful that the revised bill on June 11 would address many issues they, and the Big Ten saw in the initial bill.
