I know I’m not as young as I used to be. But I also know that when you get too comfortable — whether you’re building a new app, writing a new script, dropping a podcast, or just navigating life — things stall. And I refused to let that be my story.

I’ve been loud about healing on the inside. It was time to be just as loud about healing on the outside. 🔥

It’ll be a year next month since my explant surgery. My doctors and explant survivors told me it takes years for your body to fully detox — and yes, it has been challenging. But I feel SO much better than before. That’s exactly why I wanted to do this Hard 30. I wanted to change my paradigm one more time — but this time?

I want to SHOCK myself. 👑
