Good Wednesday evening my beautiful people!! 

Day 1 of my Hard 30 — 30 minutes on the treadmill, music going, locked in — and I looked up at this sign that’s been on my gym wall for years.

Today it hit different.

“Don’t be afraid to work hard enough to find out how good you can really be.”

That’s it. That’s the whole assignment for the next 30 days.

I don’t just want to finish this challenge. I want to shock myself. I want to look back on Day 30 and barely recognize the woman who started on Day 1 — not just physically, but mentally. Spiritually. In every way.
