I tried 5 wellness trends for 30 days, and it’s time to share the results! #ad

Trend 1: Supplements that target specific health goals

I tried Energy Bird’s Physical Vitality System to help support my lagging energy levels now that I’m working out more, and to help me to focus on days I’m working late! In the end I felt that EnergyBird Switch On and Boost my Energy supplements both helped to support my mental focus and stamina throughout my busy days! Furthermore, I love that they are vegan and come in easy-to-consume dissolvable tablets and powders. #ad #ENERGYBIRD

Trend 2: Saunas

I did them 2-3 times a week for 15-20 minutes and found it to be the ultimate mood booster. Sauna’s will remain part of my weekly routine after this experiment.

Trend 3: 10k steps a day

This one didn’t necessarily make me feel any better but I know that long term will be great for my cardio health… and Tilly’s! It was hard to track 10k steps a day every day but I was able to complete the 10k goal about 80% of the month and will continue to try and hit this goal 20 days of the month to be realistic to my busy work + travel lifestyle!

Trend 4: Red light therapy masks

I really enjoyed incorporating these masks as part of my wind down routine. Overall, I think I need more time using it to see the long term benefits to my skin tone and texture… So stay tuned!

Trend 5: Vibration plates

Vibration plates were the hardest to implement into my routine! I ended up focusing on using it strictly after work outs and found it helped to “loosen up” my muscles on days I was sore! This trend also needs more time before making a decision if I will continue incorporating it into my routine.

Let us know in the comments if you are trying any of these wellness trends and which ones you think I should test out next?
