The first stop of a 5,000-mile, 12-city Sound Healing journey began in the mountains of Highlands, North Carolina. ⛰️✨

There was something incredibly special about gathering for the very first sound bath of this journey at @yogahighlands .

A huge thank you to Ashby, the owner of Yoga Highlands, for taking a chance on this vision and welcoming SoundEmbrace into your community. Your trust and willingness to say yes helped set the tone for everything that comes next.

There was a beautiful stillness in the mountains that day. The kind of quiet that makes you slow down enough to notice the wind moving through the trees, the changing mist, and the feeling of being held by nature.

Twenty-two people gathered in a sold out room celebrating 22 years of Yoga Highlands, and there was something really special about that moment. A reminder that the right people, the right place, and the right timing have a way of coming together.

This is just the beginning.

I have a feeling this is the start of a much deeper connection with the Highlands and Cashiers community, and I cannot wait to see what unfolds from here.
