This Cucumber Watermelon Spritz is bursting with watermelon,  cucumber,  lemon, and a sparkling rosé finish that tastes like sunshine in a glass. It is fresh, vibrant, and made for sharing🥂🍉🥒

CUCUMBER WATERMELON SPRITZ (serves 6-8)
◦ 12 oz Empress 1908 Cucumber Lemon Gin 
◦ 6 oz Lemon Juice 
◦ 6 oz Watermelon Juice 
◦ 4 oz Simple Syrup 
◦ 5 oz Water (optional, for dilution) 
◦ Sparkling Rosé, to top 
◦ Garnish with Mint Sprig and Watermelon Slice 

METHOD: Mix ingredients except for sparkling rosé and refrigerate until ready to serve. To serve, add ice to spritz glass, fill about halfway with batched cocktail, top with sparkling rosé, and garnish.
