Confidence didn’t magically show up one day… I built it with some help 😌

After two babies, two C-sections, and a body that looked and felt completely different than it once did, I made the decision to invest in feeling good in my own skin. For me, that looked like Pilates, AirSculpt, peptides, and simply taking my health and longevity seriously. I must say, even though I’m proud of my body no matter the shape or size, it feels really good to feel comfortable and confidence in my own skin.
