train with a purpose this offseason. both these athletes will be entering their freshman seasons at the collegiate level & need technique to separate them day one. some programs do not emphasize this. the transition to the next level is real, the goal is to develop my athletes and have them ready for college. 

there will be no surprises, we spoken about this and worked for it, it's almost time perform it!!
