Born and raised in the small mountain town of Salida, Colorado, milesharvey_ grew up surrounded by endless opportunity for adventure in the outdoors. Inspired by his father Mike, a former pro kayaker, he took to the river early and quickly began competing in kayak and river surfing competitions. Now established as an innovator and world-class competitor, Miles focuses on passing his passion along to the next generation.

When the rivers turn icy and snow begins to fall, he heads into the backcountry of the Rocky Mountains in search of powder days on his skis. Come fall, he’s guiding hunters through some of the most rugged terrain on earth. There’s no offseason for Miles.
