KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN RECIPE
[Sauce]
- 3.5 tbsp Ketchup
- 3.5 tbsp Gochujang
- 3 tbsp Honey3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)

[Batter Dredge]
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 cup + 2 tsp Water

[Gochujang Aioli]
- 4 Fried Garlic Cloves
- 2 EggsVeg Oil (blend in till creamy)
- 1 tbsp Gochujang

[Homemade Ranch]
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk (or to preferred texture)
- 1 tsp Sugar
-1 tsp Salt
