A few years ago, I would have never imagined myself to be a business owner 

I would have never imagined myself to be able to lift the weights that I do today 

I would have never imagined myself to be where I am right now 

I needed to change my outlook on myself, my life, & the world.

Behind all of my accomplishments so far are notebooks & journals filled with 

1. Everything I’m grateful for 
2. Positive affirmations about myself 
3. Goals I want to achieve 

To this day, I still start my morning by writing down gratitudes & intentions. 

It starts with your mind & your thoughts. 

Stop placing limitations on yourself & get out of your own way.
