I don’t think I realized what the fifaworldcup really meant until I started experiencing it in different countries.

This summer I found myself watching matches in Paris, Düsseldorf, Ibiza, Tirana, Ksamil, and New York. Every city had its own traditions, its own energy, its own way of celebrating. Some fan zones were packed with thousands of people. Others were just families gathered around a TV. Somehow they all felt just as special.

As someone who loves learning about different cultures, this became one of my favorite parts of traveling. It wasn’t really about soccer anymore. It was about watching pride, identity, joy, heartbreak, and community play out in real time.

Moments like these remind me that travel isn’t just about seeing new places. It’s about understanding the people who call them home fifa fwc26nynj
