During summer shred this year I’ll be filming on set for 6-8 hours a day. I can’t rip my gym sessions the way I normally would so I focus on the most important of the program…. Lifting heavy 

The biggest transformations I have made in my career always came from lifting. It is the biggest game changer when you pair it with a dial diet. 

Let’s also not forget I got an new adventure bike that I’ll be riding all day on the weekends to get shredded 🫡
