Getting a hot dog before a Chicago Cubs game sounds like the perfect start to a day, and Portillo’s is opening a first-of-its-kind restaurant near the Friendly Confines. In a press release put out (appropriately enough) on National Hot Dog Day, the company announced that it will open its fifth Chicago location sometime next year, and it will be located just one block south of the historic Wrigley Field.
