Country Style Ribs Lid Lift on the Weber Kettle

This was my first time making Country Style Ribs on the @webergrills Kettle.

That lid lift after braising had me hyped!

Started with a pork butt, sliced them into ribs, simple seasoning + easy braise. Tender, juicy, and ready in no time.
