As the founder, she stood in front of 450 women @thepinkskirtproject and delivered a keynote like she’d been doing it her whole life.

Renée Warren @renee_warren is my best friend. We met in 2017 and had no idea we’d both end up living in the same city. Since 2021 we’ve been in each other’s lives consistently, and in that time we have been “THROUGH” it. The seasons you only get through because you have someone reminding you who you are. But it's not just the hard parts…The early morning workouts. The trips. The giggling until we can't breathe. The family Christmas’s and New Year's Eve journal sessions where we dream up these lives we're actually living. So much growth, in both of us.

So when I sat in that room and watched her walk on stage, I could barely hold it together. Proud does not cover it.

My name came up enough times from that stage that women started finding me in the room saying they needed to know me. And I was reminded how much I am loved.

One of those moments was in @adele_tevlin session, which left nobody with a dry eye IYKYK. She randomly chose someone from the audience, and it turned out to be my former client @juleskreid, who stood up and spoke about her transformation and thanked me. I did not see that coming.

And the founders hike, where I got to hug clients in person! 

All the incredible speakers brought it and my dear friend @jennpike cracked us open wearing a dress so representative of a new identity, all of us jaw on the floor. 

And to my bestie @lisacarpenterinc, an incredible friend and top tier human and coach…Adele and Lisa both stayed with me all week and those conversations were healing in a way I’m still sitting with. And @kiki_keysers, who flew in from Australia for this, Greece next! @josiblondin who made Renée glow!

The shifts in that room were powerful. Women left completely different. Moved, in the best way.

Renée hasn’t just built an event. She’s sparked a movement and a kind of connection that cannot be replicated, because she has a heart of gold and genuinely wants to see everyone shine.

I’ve never been prouder of you, Renée.
