## Caption

One of the most important things to me is to lead by example. Every day, I try to show my students what it looks like to live a healthy, active lifestyle. Not because it’s something we HAVE to do, but it’s something we GET to do. I hope they learn to fall in love with movement, find activities that make them feel good, and carry that with them long after they leave my class.
