The most expensive home ever sold in Arizona just closed for a record $40.24 million—and it looks more like a private resort than a house. 😳🏠

The nearly 21,000-square-foot Paradise Valley estate sits on almost two gated acres and includes eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an underground go-kart track, private indoor range, movie theater, safe room, salon, spa and a garage capable of holding up to 18 vehicles.

The all-cash sale broke Arizona’s previous residential record of $33.5 million by more than $6 million.

The buyer has not been publicly identified, but records reportedly connect the purchase to a Delaware-based company with ties to Texas.
