I'm Northern Misfit. I use music and positivity to help people navigate Mental Health and Addiction issues.   I have been diagnosed with PTSD (Guess it's called CPTSD now) BPD severe Anxiety and manic depression stemming from an abusive childhood (all forms of abuse) which turned into a very long and expensive battle with drugs and Alcohol (expensive financially and mentally).I take multiple prescribed medications to help me get through each day. I'm not ashamed I need medicine to balance my inner demons. I've attempted suicide but was found and paramedics and nursing staff saved my life. I have been sober since January 27th 2012. I keep my circle of trust small and if you are in it you are one of the few. If you have my trust I will go to war for you. If you don't you won't hear a peep. I won't play your games or tolerate your BS. I simply hit the delete button on you.  I've done one thing right in my life and that is my Daughter. I will gladly with a smile and tip of the hat do anything for her. She is my everything and the reason I'm still here. My suicide attempt was aggressive and thought out but luckily I was found and the paramedics and nurses brought me back (two other failed attempts that were not thought out as well) That's when I realized tomorrow needs me and won't allow myself to get that dark again.
