I’ve been learning more about ADHD and FND, and it’s made me ask a lot of questions.

I’m not saying one causes the other, but there does seem to be connection between these two conditions and how they affect the brain and nervous system.

This is just me sharing my journey, what I’m learning, and opening up a conversation.
