🚨 This fight is bigger than one lawsuit.
 
By eliminating the Endangered Species Act’s long-standing definition of “harm,” the Trump administration has erased vital habitat protections for endangered wildlife.
 
And now, they’ve rescinded the Act’s “blanket rule” that provided threatened species with the same protections as endangered species, including automatically prohibiting actions that kill or injure them or destroy their homes.
 
The first Trump administration repealed this lifesaving rule in 2019 before it was reinstated in 2024.
 
We need your voice. Urge Congress to restore essential protections for endangered species through the link in our bio.
 
This fight isn’t just about endangered wildlife. It’s about the environmental laws that protect all of us.
