I went to see Dr Matthew Jarvie-Thomas at the Cosmetic Skin Clinic because I wanted some advice on natural anti-ageing treatments and he has such a good rep for natural results and honest advice ! 

We had a really good chat about my concerns, but I just wanted something  natural.

He recommended JULÄINE® of Sweden, which is a collagen biostimulator. Rather than acting like a filler, it works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production, so over time it helps improve firmness, elasticity and skin quality. (Julaine of Sweden⁠)

Because I was also noticing ageing  in my lower face and neck (I think a lot of women my age are!), he treated my platysma with a little Botox to give a subtle lift

So follow along! I’m going back in September, and I’ll keep sharing the journey and, the results over the next few months.

I really feel like anti-ageing is changing now. More and more people seem to be moving away from the overfilled look and towards treatments that just help you look like a fresher version of yourself.
