🏒 What an Incredible Saturday Morning at the Rink! 🏒

Saturday’s Learn to Skate and Advanced Skills sessions were a huge success!

✅ 17 skaters joined us for Learn to Skate
✅ 8 players participated in Advanced Skills
✅ Countless smiles, falls, recoveries, and victories along the way

From first-time skaters learning to balance and move on their own, to experienced players working on edge control, transitions, and skating fundamentals, every skater took a step forward today.

One of the best parts of the morning was seeing our older players and volunteers helping younger skaters gain confidence. Hockey is more than a sport—it’s a community, and today showed exactly what makes the Abilene Hockey family special.

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, parents, and players for making this program possible. Watching skaters push themselves, encourage each other, and have fun is why we do this.

Whether you’re taking your very first stride or sharpening advanced skills, there is a place for you on the rink.
