Most people think greatness begins with talent. It actually begins with being willing to be terrible. So honored to share this message at @lewishowes  #SummitofGreatness.

My story doesn’t make much sense on paper. I wasn’t supposed to make it in this industry. But I’ve learned that greatness doesn’t start when you’re gifted—it starts when you’re willing to begin before you’re good.

My only job was to take my X and make it X + 1. One small improvement. One more rep. One more lesson. One more act of courage. Because little steps become big breakthroughs.
