When I hear Black people say “we are not our ancestors” I need you to understand something deep.
They control the narrative. They don’t want you to know that our ancestors fought back. Fiercely. Relentlessly. With everything they had. That’s why even now, every time one of us stands up, they bring the full weight of the system down on us. Not just as punishment. As a warning. An p example to everyone else watching: this is what happens when you fight back.

But here’s what they can’t erase we have ALWAYS fought back.

This page exists to make sure you know that. To remind our community that we are not docile. We never were. And we never will be. That’s exactly why they want this page gone. Because knowledge of who we really are is dangerous to a system built on our silence.

We are our ancestors.
