Side Bend Tutorial 📐

If you’re a golfer that swings over the top, this drill could be a game-changer!

Often times in an over-the-top pattern, the golfers trail shoulder will move on too much of an outward trajectory in the downswing 

To get a feel for the trail shoulder working more down and creating more side bend, try this drill! 👊

⚠️ It makes no sense to work on this drill if your clubface is OPEN - swinging more from the inside is only going to make this issue worse. Additionally - you can overdo anything in the golf swing (including this) so make sure you’re physically able to do this move before applying it
