but this song. inspired by friend’s child who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and (it’s her story to tell - not mine) told it wasn’t going to be easy…

this child - Willow - shows me what joy looks like in this broken world. She is sassy. And silly. And MOODY 😂. 

She is playful. She is sweet. She is disabled. 

I’m just saying - this child inspired a song that is touching other people in real time. 

That’s what matters. 

Bend toward the light yall. 

I’m trying to as well.
