A24 just took $75 million from Google's DeepMind to build AI tools for filmmakers, and the first thing they're making is AI-generated storyboards.

I spent the last decade working in Hollywood VFX, so let me be clear: storyboarding is how a director writes a movie, and handing that to generative AI means handing your film to a machine.
