Meet Lauren, our incredible Practice Manager! 

Lauren is  a true example of our Practice Values here at Dr Rez Dental - embodying professionalism, going the extra mile for both patients and staff members, and dedication to her role. 

Lauren joined the team in 2021 as a Dental Nurse and has since flourished in every role she’s taken on.

Her passion for patient care quickly saw her step into a receptionist role, where she helped shape and elevate the patient experience, setting the standard for the award-winning care we’re proud to provide today.

As the practice flourished so did Lauren. She advanced to Head Receptionist, then Assistant Manager, and now proudly leads the team as Practice Manager. 

Overseeing daily operations and helping drive the continued success of our multi-award-winning practice.

Most recently, Lauren completed a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Certificate in Management and Leadership Course at Edge Hill University, continuing her commitment to professional development.
Her journey is a true reflection of how hard work, drive, and passion can lead to incredible success.
