#TakeActionTuesday: This week, She’s Got Time Summit in Las Vegas offers a powerful event that highlights an ecosystem where women across sports, media, and culture can connect, grow, and lead. 

WSF’s ‘Play to Lead’ report shows the lifelong impact that playing sports at a young age can have for women. For example, 69% of women who played sports held at least one formal leadership role outside of the family. The longer girls play sports, the more likely they are to hold formal leadership roles. It’s critical that our investment in leadership growth continues into adulthood. 

That’s why we’re proud to partner with WSF President, Swin Cash, at the She’s Got Time Summit. We know spaces like this matter because when women share knowledge and resources, there is a collective impact across every generation. #TheEquityProject
