Throwback to last year training for my full marathon 🏃🏽‍♀️ I wanted to run a marathon and last year was the year I did it. 

When we push ourselves and challenge ourselves, we grow. We adapt. We overcome. 

We can overcome fears, expectations, challenges that we never imagined. 

Moving can be hard. Starting a new career or business can be scary. Stepping into a new environment can be debilitating. But when you do it, you will overcome and be stronger, wiser and more experienced. 

I’m not saying it’s easy, at all. But it will be worth it.
