SGA is the league’s best scorer right now. KD is the gold standard. There are levels to this. 🙌🏾

SGA putting together four straight seasons averaging 30+ PPG while shooting over 50% from the field is absolutely ridiculous. That level of scoring volume and efficiency is something only the most elite offensive players can maintain, and Shai has already established himself as one of the coldest bucket-getters in basketball. 🥶⚡️

But then you look at Kevin Durant’s longevity and realize there are truly levels to this. Thirteen straight seasons averaging at least 25 points per game on 50% shooting is straight-up video game stuff. Different teams, different systems, injuries, changing eras and defenses specifically designed to stop him—yet KD continued getting an efficient 25+ every single year.

This doesn’t take anything away from SGA because his current run is historic, but KD has been producing at an elite level for longer than some players’ entire careers. No matter the jersey, the Slim Reaper’s scoring has remained automatic. One of the greatest, most efficient and most consistent scorers basketball has ever witnessed. 🐐🔥
