Forgot to post this earlier, but this is why I haven’t been posting much gymnastics content lately 😂

My knees were definitely not ready to go from basically no hiking... to a 20-mile round-trip hike. 😅

Thankfully, there wasn’t an actual injury. I think the loose rocks and all the downhill hiking just really irritated my knee, and I decided that taking the helicopter out was the smartest option.

The good news is my knee has been feeling better every day, and I’m so grateful! 🙌🏼💖
