Thousands pull the sacred ropes.
Children run beside the Rath.
Hands fold in prayer from every balcony.
The streets themselves become a temple.

And Lord Jagannath smiles upon everyone equally.

We spend our lives searching for God...

But Jagannath reminds us of something extraordinary.
