💪Follow a program in Grounds Fitness App. 

Guidelines: 
✨ Before and After images must be shared in our Grounds App community between March 28-April 7th. We will be selecting the top 16 and final voting will continue on our Instagram @grounds_app staring April 18th. 
✨ Open to ALL Grounds members—no matter your fitness level, age, or location!
