The S&S cam plate upgrades the stock setup with stronger billet construction, improved oil flow, and tighter tolerances to keep the valvetrain stable at higher RPM. It also features replaceable cam bushings, so instead of replacing the whole plate when they wear, you can service it and keep the motor running strong for the long haul.
