🍣 Bluefin Toro Tartare – silky, rich, perfect. Literal butter.
🍤 Shrimp Tempura appetizer for Ava — crispy, light, kid-approved 🙌
🥢 Tuna Truffle Crudo – the truffle aroma hits before the plate hits the table. Unreal.
🔥 Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice – that crunch + heat combo… chef’s kiss.
🐟 Spicy Salmon Roll – fresh, balanced, perfection in every bite.

…and then we ended the night with the most ICONIC dessert:
🍌 Banana Split – IYKYK. It’s playful, gorgeous, and the perfect sweet finish.

NYC food scene: undefeated.
