Sometimes the best conversations don't happen across a table. They happen side-by-side.

There is a unique rhythm to a family bike ride. The shared effort of the climb. The quiet coasting on the way down. The wind in your hair and the world moving at just the right pace.

In the rush of the week, it’s easy to let the drift happen. We can quickly become people living under the same roof rather than a family moving in the same direction.

But when we get on our bikes, we practice the ministry of presence. We aren’t just traveling from point A to point B. We are stewarding the space between. Side-by-side movement lowers the walls. It creates a space where hearts open up and we can truly listen. It’s a rhythm of discipleship that feels like play.

Building a legacy happens in these ordinary moments. The kingdom of God is often found in the simple turn of a pedal.
