The scorecard doesn’t care how fast your serve was. 📉🎾

It’s the ultimate tennis paradox: You’re hitting aces and dominating the highlights, but still losing the match. If you’ve ever been “beaten” by a pusher despite playing the “better” tennis, you’re not alone. This is the mental war of the court.

Why it happens: We get addicted to the “big” shots, but lose because we lack the patience for the “boring” ones. Pushers don’t beat you; they wait for you to beat yourself.

5 Steps to Break the Pusher Trap:

1️⃣ Accept the “Ugly” Points: Stop hunting winners on every ball. Give them deep, heavy shots back instead of 100% power.

2️⃣ Attack the Short Ball: Wait for them to drop it short, hit a deep approach, and finish at the net. Don’t get stuck in a baseline marathon.

3️⃣ Control Deuce Points: “Hero mode” kills. Serve to their weakest side and play high-percentage 3-shot rallies. Consistency wins deuce.

4️⃣ Change the Rhythm: Break their beat. Mix in slices, moonballs, and short angles so they can’t just “reset” the point.

5️⃣ Master Your Mindset: Stay clinical. The moment you get frustrated, you’ve already lost. Treat every point as a fresh start.

Tennis is 10% talent and 90% what happens between your ears. Don’t let other players take your joy, take their rhythm instead. ⚡️🎾

Share this to your hitting partners and tennis friends to increase your winning percentage during matches. 😅
