What an unforgettable night under the Utah stars! ✨ There is nothing quite like the magic of live-fire cooking, especially when it’s to bring a long-time dream to life.

We had the absolute honor of supporting the incredible team at the ballerinafarmstore to create a beautiful elevate farm table dinner. This wasn’t just any dinner—it was a celebration honoring the iconic ballet shows that Hannah ballerinafarm has dreamed of for so long. Seeing her passion for dance and the land come together in one beautiful space was truly inspiring. 🪵🔥🩰

It was pure joy to cook alongside the brilliant Chef, Tiffin, and Head Chef Avery, plus the entire hardworking Ballerina Farm crew. The energy in the kitchen was unmatched! 

The absolute highlight of the feast? Our slow-roasted  pig, perfectly paired with a rich, smoky apricot sauce cooked right over the open flames. 🍑🔥🐖 The flavors of the smoke and the sweetness of the fruit were absolute perfection.

Thank you to everyone who sat at the table and shared in this beautiful evening. 🫶🏼✨
