Most recruiting problems are math problems.

If you want to hire 8 sales reps this month, you can't hope the right people magically appear.

You have to know your numbers. If your process averages 100 applications to produce one new hire, then recruiting 8 reps means generating roughly 800 applications. Once you understand that math, you stop making emotional hiring decisions and start building a predictable recruiting system.

One thing we've seen make a huge difference is using a structured group presentation before one-on-one interviews.

Instead of repeating the same conversation 50 times, you walk candidates through your culture, sales model, income opportunity, expectations, growth path, and what the first 90 days actually look like. The people who aren't excited usually opt out, while the most committed candidates move forward with far more clarity.

Do this today: calculate how many applications it actually takes to produce one successful new hire. Then reverse-engineer your recruiting goals from that number instead of guessing.
