Duck diving with a speargun is a little different—but once you get the flow, it feels smooth and controlled 🌊🤿

Start like a normal duck dive: remove your snorkel, equalize, and begin your descent. Then point your speargun straight down, following with your arms 🎯

Because of the extra weight, building momentum can be tricky. Lift one leg high out of the water to give yourself that extra push 💪

Use your free hand for the arm stroke while keeping the speargun vertical, then adjust your grip as you go. This helps you glide under the surface with less resistance 🌬️
